Crafted with care to retain varietal character found in the vineyard. Made from premium Pinot Noir cool-climate grapes, crushed and pressed off skins immediately. The juice is treated like a white juice and underwent a cool fermentation before undergoing the de-alcoholising procedure.
Best enjoyed with sunshine, fresh seafood and burrata. Round out the table with prosciutto and your favourite cured meats.
Best served at a light room temperature (around 14–16°C).
