Our Story

Established in 1989, Red Hill Estate is quietly set among
the rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula, a region synonymous with Australia’s finest cool-climate wines and hospitality.

 

Today, the estate is proudly guided by the Fabrizio
family, whose Italian heritage is reflected in our passion and craftsmanship.


For Frank and Dominic Fabrizio, wine is personal.

You’ll find them in the vineyard, walking the rows, tasting the fruit and calling the moment of harvest by instinct as much as by science.


It’s a hands-on approach grounded in patience, care and an unwavering belief that great wine begins long before it reaches the glass.

Closely involved from vine to bottle, the Fabrizio family work alongside our dedicated winemaking team to shape wines that are balanced, expressive and true to their origins.

From our own vineyard and select cool-climate regions across Australia, we create wines that are refined, expressive and made to be shared.

Together, they bring a new energy while preserving the philosophy that has guided Red Hill Estate for decades. Grounded in family, focused on the future.

That future extends beyond the vineyard. Our traditional restaurant and cellar door invite guests to experience the estate in full, where sweeping vineyard views, thoughtful hospitality and an ever-evolving seasonal menu come together with our wines in effortless balance.
