Built the way we build everything. 

All the flavour you love - pear, pink lady apples and a touch of florals. It's soft, smooth and finishes with crisp and elegant acidity.

Crafted with care to retain varietal character found in the vineyard. Made from premium Pinot Grigio cool-climate grapes, crushed and pressed off the skins immediately. The juice underwent a cool fermentation, before undergoing the
de-alcoholising procedure.

Pairs nicely with a Thai red curry, something with a bit of spice and personality. Or save it for later and enjoy with a Panna cotta or some creamy blue cheese.

Best served at a light room temperature (around 14–16°C).
