An elegant, finely balanced Chardonnay, sourced from the prized C and E blocks of our Merricks Grove Vineyard.

Size

Intensely concentrated yet refined, this Chardonnay bursts with aromas of grilled white peach, lemon meringue, and hazelnut meal. The palate reveals bright citrus, subtle flinty notes, and layers of flaky brioche, all underpinned by natural acidity for remarkable length and cellaring potential.

Hand-harvested for the first time from select blocks, chosen for their complex flavour profile and perfect acid balance. Barrel-fermented and aged for depth and texture.

Pairs beautifully with grilled lobster, roasted chicken with wild fennel, or a creamy, aged camembert.

Temperature makes all the difference. A lightly chilled 10°C to 14°C brings out the perfect balance of freshness and texture, whether it’s a bright, citrusy style or something richer with a touch of oak.
