Lifted and expressive, this Pinot Noir opens with aromas of cherry, cranberry and wild strawberry, layered with rose petal, subtle spice and an earthy, savoury undertone.

The palate is finely structured and balanced, revealing red berry fruit, gentle spice and hints of forest floor.

Cool-climate acidity brings energy and drive, carrying through to refined tannins and a long, poised finish.

Crafted from exceptional Victorian cool-climate vineyards, chosen for elevation and natural acidity.

The fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve purity and freshness, then fermented with gentle extraction to retain varietal delicacy.
