A delicate, Provence-style Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. Light, textural and full of charm.
Pale salmon pink in colour with lifted notes of raspberry and cherry on the nose. The palate is clean and bright, bursting with white cherry, juicy raspberry and a touch of mineral freshness on the finish.
Crushed and rested on skins for six hours before a cool fermentation to retain fragrance and texture.
Ideal with fresh prawns, goat’s cheese salad or summer picnics.
Best served chilled, around 8°C to 12°C—cool enough to keep it crisp and refreshing, but not so cold that it mutes those juicy red berry flavours.
