Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Single Vineyard Chardonnay

2021 Chardonnay

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

From $79.00 per 750ml

    Description

A glowing expression of Chardonnay, hand harvested for the first time from the C and E blocks of our Merricks Grove Vineyard – fruit selected for its complex flavour profile and perfect acid balance with delicate phenolics. A complex bouquet of grilled white peach, lemon meringue and hazelnut meal aromas. Immensely concentrated on the palate, showing intense citrus flavours with a restrained flint followed by flaky brioche. The natural acidity provides length and this wine will reward both time to rest in the glass before serving as well as time in the cellar.
