Nonno Knows Vermentino

2022 Vermentino

From $34.00 per 750ml

    Description

In making this wine we harnessed early morning picking on cool nights to retain a tight acid profile with perfect ripening. Green apple, citrus and sage finish with a fleshy lemon curd. Bright and zesty acidity.

Born in Torino di Sangro, Italy, our Grandfather Domenico Fabrizio grew up with a love for wine as he watched his father make it in their family home. Nonno immigrated to Australia in 1951, a 20 year old man excited for his new life. He brought the passion for winemaking with him and this has flowed through our family’s veins for three generations. This label and the Italian varieties we make are dedicated to our beautiful Nonno.
