If I’m not happy with the winemakers selection, can I change what I get?

Red Hill Estate offers a Winemakers Selection pack made up of a combination of high quality Mornington Peninsula Red and White wines. We cannot accept requests at sign up for the specific inclusions of your wine pack due to the varying inclusions, values and vintages. That being said, if you’re not going to drink another bottle of Chardonnay in your natural lifetime its of no value to either you or us to send you another one, so we do accept requests for substitutions. You will be notified of the winemakers selections approximately two weeks prior to despatch, and provided with the opportunity to request substitutions at this time. Substitutions are generally accepted within the same label range or lesser only (ie Cellar Door for Cellar Door, Merricks Grove for Merricks Grove etc). You will need to notify us of your specific change requests for each wine pack that you are due to receive. Due to the high number of members packs that we distribute, any changes received after the cut-off date cannot be guaranteed.
