This winter, we’re taking indulgence to the next level with a unique experience that blends fine wine, gourmet dining, and the thrill of the truffle hunt.
STAY
Your weekend begins at Cassis Red Hill, where a private villa awaits. Think vineyard views stretching towards Western Port Bay, a king-size bed made for slow mornings, and your own mineral plunge pool or outdoor bath. A locally sourced breakfast hamper will be waiting for you on arrival, but let’s be honest… you’re really here for the wine and truffles.

At Red Hill Estate, we believe the best meals are made to be shared. That’s why your weekend includes a seat at Nonna’s Table for a three-course seasonal lunch celebrating local produce, bold Italian flavours, and the simple joy of good food, great company, and flowing wine. Each course is paired with Red Hill Estate wines (because, of course), and we’ll take care of transport, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy.
HUNT
If you’ve never been truffle hunting before, prepare to be hooked. Part science, part magic, and completely fascinating, this experience will take you deep into the world of these elusive culinary treasures. Led by expert hunters and their highly trained dogs, you’ll unearth fresh black truffles at Flinders Truffles and get a whole new appreciation for their rich, earthy aroma.
