A lighter red, with a refreshing undercurrent of acidity and tang. This Dolcetto is bursting in bramble berry fruit flavours with a lush nose of mulberry, violet flowers juicy blackberry and raspberry jus.
Born in Torino di Sangro, Italy, our Grandfather Domenico Fabrizio grew up with a love for wine as he watched his father make it in their family home. Nonno immigrated to Australia in 1951, a 20 year old man excited for his new life. He brought the passion for winemaking with him and this has flowed through our family’s veins for three generations. This label and the Italian varieties we make are dedicated to our beautiful Nonno.
