Cellar Door Release Rose

Description

An elegant salmon hue with a nose that is distinctly whimsical raspberry and cherry notes; the palate bright with lashings of white cherry and raspberry (and hints of strawberry) with a minerally mid palate and finish. Made in the Ramato style with Pinot Grigio which was left for 6 hours on skins and cool tank fermented to retain flavour.
