Cool Climate
The wines across our diverse range are exceptional, with grapes sourced from Cool Climate wine regions where different cool climates mix with volcanic and sedimentary soils to create wines that are wonderfully textured, complex and elegantly understated and we regard ourselves as Cool Climate wine specialists.
Merricks Grove
Fruit for our Merricks Grove wines is sourced from our nearby Merricks Grove Vineyard, situated just a short distance from our Cellar Door on the southeastern hills of the Mornington Peninsula. Established in 1998 the Merricks Grove Vineyard has flourished into a mature, quality producing vineyard of high repute.
Single Vineyard
Glowing, hand harvested expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our Merricks Grove Vineyard – fruit selected for its complex flavour profile and perfect acid balance with delicate phenolics.
Nonno Knows
Born in Torino di Sangro, Italy, our Grandfather Domenico Fabrizio grew up with a love for wine as he watched his father make it in their family home. Nonno immigrated to Australia in 1951, a 20 year old man excited for his new life. He brought the passion for winemaking with him and this has flowed through our family’s veins for three generations.
This label and the Italian varieties we make are dedicated to our beautiful Nonno.
