The essence of this wine is subtlety, delicacy and acidity. The nose is lemon and apples, including a lovely blossomy lift with just a few smells from the bakery. The palate is then all about flow and length, even though it still has lovely soft entry and beautiful fruit character. The wine finishes crisp and bone dry and thus works brilliantly as a hunger inducing aperitif wine or is a sublime partner for oysters natural.
