2005 Red Hill Estate Briars Cabernet
Cassis and black currant aromas and flavours are complemented by anise, cloves and cedar. There is wonderful length of flavour and plenty of well structured tannins which build along the length of the palate. This wine is best tamed by food with proteins when young and is great with strongly flavoured meats, rich stews and cheeses.
