This month in the vineyard...
The vines are in the midst of their winter dormancy. Once pruning is complete the vineyard is cleared of cuttings and left to rest.

Burning of the Canes Dinner
The Burning of the Canes Dinner is the occasion when we celebrate the changing of seasons; the end of last years growth preparing for the birth of the next. It involves lighting a large bonfire from woody canes that have been pruned from our vineyard - a truly spectacular sight!
Warm yourselves with Red Hill Estate Bimaris wines and marvel at our fearless Flame Trainer.
Cost: $85.00 per person includes three course dinner, wine and entertainment.
