This month in the vineyard...
After the leaves drop off the vines the massive job of pruning our vineyards begins. This is the formative operation that dictates canopy density and crop levels for the coming season. Vineyard maintenance work such as post and wire replacement or trellis conversion is begun and machinery used for harvest is serviced and any repairs are made.
